Deployment Workflow
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
In order to hone in product definition and nail down feature pricing, I conducted a deployment workflow analysis for ThePort's in house and overseas production team responsible for using the existing administrative tools to rapidly deploy White Label Social Networks. The process and effort going into the creation of a single community had to be clearly communicated to the executive team so that time drains could be properly identified and addressed across departments, so that pricing could more accurately reflect the level of effort that went into new deployments, turnaround time could be clearly communicated to new clients, and project managers could manage kickoff scheduling based on production capacity.
This project also entailed solution site maps as part of an overhaul to internal configuration documents so that Client Services could effectively gether proper requirements and communicate with production resources surrounding specific feature functionality.

UI Refresh Initiative
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
This initiative is intended to present future state UI and overall product vision, as it pertains to core feature functionality, default configurations, look and feel, improving the production protocol and tools as well as the default template set so that ThePort can be more consultative with a suggested workflow through base deployment. The UI initiative is also focused on limiting the configuration options to lock in a desired workflow based on driving interaction in the NPO and Association verticals. The Product Design Team will attempt to answer the question: What do I do and where is my stuff?
